Older Adult Fellowship & Lunch
Providing health education support and physical movement and socialization.
Experience Fellowship, Fitness, Food, and Fun! Where older adults are treated with respect, compassion and care, GTCDC is providing individuals 60 years of age or older with a freshly prepared, nutritious lunch provided by
Spectrum Community Services Tuesday through Friday, in accordance with the requirements set forth by the Older
Americans Act Title III C. Spectrum, in partnership with its meal sites who have 25 to 60 daily
participants serve 4 to 5 days per week, provide a quality dining experience, and an opportunity
for socialization and nutritious food consumption for those who qualify. A to-go meal option may
be offered following guidelines set forth by the California Department of Aging. Both
organizations are committed to enhancing the quality of life of seniors in the community.
Additionally, enjoy easy-to-follow exercise routines, fun socialization activities and valuable information and resources. The atmosphere is upbeat and perfect for engaging with others- strangers quickly become friends.
